Terms of service Agreement
MyArtSubmit Privacy Policy
There will not be any emailing of members here except
for responding to requests, or changes made members need to be aware of.
All postings are approved by admin. No exeptions. If you edit your article it will have to be reapproved.
Duplicate accounts by name, ip, or email address will be weeded out.
Signing up with invalid IP will result in deleted account.
Anyone creating an account and not posting at least one article. After a 30 day period Will be deleted
Anyone creating an account and not activating it within 7 days will be deleted
Anyone creating an account with an email that is a autoresponder will be deleted
Articles submitted by individual or by group that are intended to flood the directory will be edited out or deleted.
Any catagory not seen here I wll add if you click contact us and send request.
Formatting you can add your own css and font controls.
Remember to put urls into link format to display properly.
Duplicate accounts by name,email or IP will be weeded out.
Duplicate articles will not be accepted.
Articles that link to sites that dont match in title or content will be declined.
No pornography.
No Pharmaceuticals unless the manufacturer.
No Hate Site Promotions.
No Sex Trade Promotions.
Redirects are not accepted.
Please put your links in HTML format in the resource Box.
The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
By submitting your articles to Myartsubmit, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
By submitting your articles to Myartsubmit, you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other Myartsubmit users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
No affiliate links! - The articles that you submit to Myartsubmit should not contain affiliate links. Have your own website which links to the recommended affiliate product.
Use the resource box for linking back to your site - Articles submitted will not be approved if they contain links in the title,summary or body belonging to the author. Please use the resource box to link back to your site.
Please limit resource box links to 3 or fewer - Articles containing more than 3 links in the resource box will not be approved.
Submitting your articles to Myartsubmit does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation from Myartsubmit.com or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in our directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.
Author Terms of Service
1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.
2. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time.
3. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong.
4. By submitting your articles to Myartsubmit.com, you agree to allow us to:
Publish your article on Myartsubmit.com.
Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.
Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.
5. You agree that Myartsubmit.com is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.
6. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box.
7. Myartsubmit.com may at any time translate your article into various languages for our sister sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box.
8. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via our site blog.
9. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.
Publisher Terms of Service
1. You must not remove "Article Source: http://www.myartsubmit.com" from each article you choose to publish.
2. You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish.
This includes but is not limited to
2.1 All information in the resource box including all links provided by the author.
2.2 Link to the author's profile page on Myartsubmit.com.
3. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.
4. You must agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's destination.
5. You agree to never use any articles obtained from Myartsubmit.com in any form of spam or onsolicited mail.
6. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
7. You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
Disclaimer
You agree to not hold Myartsubmit.com liable for the accuracy of any article on the site or on any partner sites.
Myartsubmit.com is simply a hub for authors and publishers to meet.
If you have an issue with someone stealing your original work, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately.
Myartsubmit.com does not endorse any author, website, or product mentioned in any articles not written by the Admin team.
All articles published by Myartsubmit.com are not meant to be used for legal, medical, or any other type of advice.
